Who are we?
NEW VISION CHURCH TRUST BANGLADESH (NVCTB), a religious welfare trusts a non-profit registered organization in the District of Dinajpur, Bangladesh, and serving rural people since November 2016. Our primary focus is implementing a sustainable community development program that benefits local people. Our strengths are partnerships with local government agencies, community stakeholders, and church-based organizations. These are the source of community spirit and are part of an energy-driven forward.
We have been working in the following programs:
We have worked in leadership training, Church development, discipleship education, and youth development programs. Women empowerment in income-generating programs, such as food security, vegetable gardens, chicken, duck, goat, and cow rearing. Employment skills development program for the job market. Community engagement program for social network and capacity building.
The “NEW VISION CHURCH TRUST BANGLADESH”, is registered in the Sub Register Office Kaharol, Dinajpur within the ambit of the Trust Act, 1882. The registration number is: IV-04/16.
Our Mission
Our Church built and strengthened Christ’s love and spreading gospel, making disciples by walking with the communities’ leaders and families in overcoming all sorts of poverty and unleashing their God’s given potential to impact the world.
Our Vision
Our Church will be a Biblically teaching base community unity of spirit-led disciples all over the nations, where all believers fulfill their ministerial responsibilities.

- All are Ministers: All believers are called to be a minister of Christ who functions according their gifting, rather than a man made hierarchal office or position
- Discipleship through Accountability: We are called to make Disciples of Christ, not just believers. Discipleship creates personal accountability within the Church, opening opportunities for continued surrender, growth, and maturity in the believer’s relationship with Christ.
- Lifestyle Ministry: All believers should live a life that mirrors Christ every day in every way. No one needs a pulpit or a soapbox on a street corner; we all should live a life that evangelizes the world around us by how we live our life.
- Serve with Integrity: We are accountable to the gospel, people and community where we humbly serve, transparently sharing our results, stories and lessons
- Unity of Diversity: We welcome the differences including a variety of voices, ethnicity and working together side by side we can bring the solutions to the existing problems.
- Treat with Dignity: The dignity of each individual is grounded in the biblical truths of creation and redemption. We should protect human life and we should protect human dignity because people are made in God‘s image.

I have served Christian Ministries for over 40 years in many church organizations. I have been involved with New Vision Church Trust Bangladesh since its inception in November 2016. I liked the concept of the New Vision Church; they are working with rural, marginalized people in the country. It reminds me of the early life of our Lord Jesus on this earth. He preached among ordinary villagers, such as fishermen and farmers; most importantly, they were God-loving people.Similarly, our church teaches among villagers to change their spiritual and social lifestyle for better societal living. I embrace working with another church group that shares similar concepts of Biblical principles and values.

I love to engage with music, people and the church environment. I have a passion for working with church choir groups in worship ministry. I am thrilled and blessed to have this opportunity to work with New Vision Church Trust Bangladesh in music ministry. I have a vision for this ministry after completing my university education. There are many ways to serve in the local church and make a difference in people’s lives through influencing others or being inspired by a great cause, particularly in youth groups. I am thankful to my New Vision Church Trust Bangladesh for this opportunity to serve in the youth group. I always had a desire to work with them since my school life. After completing my university education, this is a perfect time to involve youth groups in learning and development.
